भगवान जगन्नाथ का मंदिर, भारत के ओडिशा के पुरी शहर में है. यह मंदिर देश के चार प्रमुख धामों में से एक है. पुरी का श्री जगन्नाथ मन्दिर एक हिन्दू मन्दिर है, जो भगवान जगन्नाथ (श्रीकृष्ण) को समर्पित है। यह भारत के ओडिशा राज्य के तटवर्ती शहर पुरी में स्थित है। जगन्नाथ शब्द का अर्थ जगत के स्वामी होता है। इनकी नगरी ही जगन्नाथपुरी या पुरी कहलाती है।

मान्यता है कि जगन्नाथ मंदिर में दर्शन करने से सभी मनोकामनाएं पूरी होती हैं और पाप धुल जाते हैं.

जगन्नाथ मंदिर को धरती का स्वर्ग यानी बैकुंठ धाम माना जाता है, रथ यात्रा में शामिल होने से सुख-समृद्धि मिलती है, जगन्नाथ मंदिर की मूर्तियां अधूरी हैं, लेकिन फिर भी यहां पूजा पूरी श्रद्धा के साथ की जाती है, मान्यता है कि तीनों देवों के प्रति आस्था और विश्वास ही भक्तों की सभी मनोकामनाएं पूरी करती हैं.
