कामाख्या मंदिर मे योनि(गर्भ) की पूजा

इसी को सृष्टि की उत्पत्ति का कारण माना जाता है। भक्त यहां देवी सती की गिरी हुई योनि (गर्भ) की पूजा करने के लिए आते हैं जो देवी कामाख्या के रूप में हैं और दुनिया के निर्माण और पालन-पोषण के कारण देवी सती के गर्भ की पूजा करते हैं।
