साधना विधि: सुबह स्नान के बाद पूर्व या उत्तर दिशा की ओर मुख करके, माता कामाख्या की तस्वीर या यंत्र के सामने लाल फूल अर्पित कर 108 बार (एक माला) जाप करें।

विशेष पूजा: शनि अमावस्या या किसी भी अमावस्या पर कामाख्या देवी भूत-प्रेत बाधा मुक्ति महापूजा नकारात्मकता को दूर करने के लिए विशेष मानी जाती है

Within the *Tantric* tradition, the *Sadhana* (spiritual practice) of Mother Kamakhya is revered as an immensely powerful means of protection against ghosts, spirits, external negative influences, negative energy, and *Tantric* afflictions. Through this practice and its associated mantras, the practitioner's self-confidence is bolstered, and an invisible shield of protection is formed by the divine power of the Goddess. For this purpose, specific *Beej Mantras* (seed mantras) and *Shabar Mantras* are utilized.

Remedies and Mantras for the Removal of Ghostly and Spiritual Obstacles:

Main *Beej Mantra*: Om Aim Hreem Kleem Kamakhyai Namah.

Kamakhya *Shabar Mantra*: "Om Kleem Kamakhya—break the evil eye, break the bonds, break the obstacles, shatter the enemy's intellect; if this is not broken, then may the oath of Umanand Bhairav ​​be upon it."

Method of Practice (*Sadhana Vidhi*): After taking a bath in the morning, face either the East or the North direction; offer a red flower before an image or *Yantra* (sacred geometric diagram) of Mother Kamakhya, and chant the mantra 108 times (equivalent to one full rosary/mala).

Special Worship: The *Kamakhya Devi Ghost-Removal Mahapuja* (Grand Worship Ceremony) is considered particularly auspicious and effective for dispelling negativity when performed on *Shani Amavasya* (New Moon falling on a Saturday) or on any *Amavasya* (New Moon day).
